We would love you to have:
- Proven track record of 3+ years in the hotel or hospitality industry, with prior experience in housekeeping.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to self-organize.
- Proficiency in team management, guiding and inspiring your colleagues.
What you can do for us:
- Assist our Housekeeping team in implementing and upholding the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Housekeeping department, ensuring strict adherence
- Assist with maintaining the property's presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting the company's high-quality benchmarks, inspecting all rooms, and assisting with all general housekeeping duties as and when required
- Lead, Train, and Motivate: Build a cohesive, high-performing team.
