OVERVIEW
The Building Operations Administrator assists the Building Operations Manager in coordinating workflow, office systems, and purchasing for the maintenance department.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
· Work closely with the Building Operations Manager in coordinating and processing work orders
· Perform a wide variety of procurement duties, including ordering materials and supplies
· Handle a variety of office support services, such as answering phones, processing invoices, word processing and spreadsheet management, and reporting
· Facilitate interdepartmental communications regarding maintenance and operations
· Coordinate janitorial services for day-to-day needs and special projects
· Work closely with the Building Operations Manager and Chief Engineer in coordinating and performing preventive maintenance database planning
· Participate in Building and Operations department meetings
· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
· A minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
