About the Role

Description

Sales consultant to assist customers in purchasing or leasing vehicles from our dealership. Their primary role is to guide customers through the entire sales process, helping them choose the right vehicle based on their preferences and needs.


Here are some key responsibilities of an automotive sales consultant:

  • Customer Assistance: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the specifications, performance, technology, safety features, and pricing of different models.
  • Demonstrations and Test Drives: Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of specific models. Accompany customers on test drives, addressing any questions or concerns during the experience.
  • Sales Negotiations: Assists in negotiating the sales price, trade-in value (if applicable), and financing options. They work closely with the sales manager and finance department to ensure a smooth transaction.
  • Paperwork and Documentation: Assist customers complete the necessary paperwork for the purchase or lease of a vehicle. This includes preparing sales contracts, coordinating financing applications, and explaining warranty and service agreements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a high CSI Score.
