We are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing professional to manage and nurture client relationships within the exhibitions and events industry. This role is centered around delivering seamless client experiences by acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, production, and operations to bring client visions to life while maintaining strong process discipline. The position requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. It is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term client partnerships and delivering impactful, creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, production, and operations to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and systems to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Manage end-to-end client servicing activities, from briefing to project delivery
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication across stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates to clients and address any concerns proactively
  • Support creative and strategic inputs to enhance client outcomes
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail

  • Educational background such as MBA, Diploma, or Architecture-related qualification preferred
