About the location:

The historic hotel showcases majestic Venetian architecture dating back to the 14th century. Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli.About the Role:
You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, memorable In‑Room Dining experiences, and attentive care for our guests throughout the Hotel. Your role is responsible for ensuring flawless service execution for guests dining in the privacy of their rooms, consistently upholding Four Seasons standards of service excellence, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver high‑quality In‑Room Dining service to guest rooms with professionalism and warmth.
- Ensure accurate setup, presentation, delivery, and retrieval of In‑Room Dining orders in line with brand standards.
- Review orders prior to delivery to ensure completeness, accuracy, and presentation quality.
- Engage with guests in a courteous and attentive manner, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Coordinate closely with the Call Desk, Kitchen, and In‑Room Dining Supervisors to ensure smooth service flow.
- Anticipate guest needs and manage special requests with discretion and efficiency.
- Support service recovery by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of In‑Room Dining service equipment, corridors, and service pantries.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP procedures at all times.
- Oversee mise en place and readiness for assigned service periods.
- Act as a role model for service excellence and professional conduct within the In‑Room Dining team.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and guest‑centric working environment.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience as Chef de Rang or similar service role, preferably in In‑Room Dining or luxury hospitality.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills in a high‑end, fast‑paced service setting.
- Professional appearance and polished service style.
- A special passion for excellence, service, and the magic of creating meaningful, unforgettable dining memories.
- Knowledge of HACCP standards and safe food handling practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
