We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the growth of our brand. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the marketing team to achieve performance targets
  • Oversee market research and analyze consumer data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage the creation and execution of advertising, promotional, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
  • Plan, execute, and attend events for brand awareness within budget
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing technologies




Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in marketing leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and analytics tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and execute them effectively
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends on occasion
  • 25-50% Travel requirement
