About the Role

Overview

The Dental Specialists Rochester Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

 

Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour

Education RequirementsAssociates/Bachelor degree preferred or industry related experience Preferred QualificationsProficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-pace work environmentProfessional customer serviceEffective communicator and team player Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule

Monday- 7:30-5:15 

Tuesday- 7:30-5:15

Wednesday- 7:30-5:15

Thursday- 7:30-5:15 

Friday- 7:30-12 (rotating every other friday off) 

 

Fridays are admin days only

 

No weekends or nights
