We are seeking motivated graduates looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources as part of our 2027 Graduate Intake. This opportunity is suited to individuals passionate about all facets of human resources.

You will join a two-year graduate development program designed to provide hands-on experience, exposure to real HR projects, and insight into end-to-end people operations.

Rotations will cover key HR areas such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Capability, HR Business Partner Operations and Employee Relations as well as Remuneration and Benefits and more.   

Throughout the program, you will develop core HR and professional skills including stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, workforce analytics, and employee lifecycle management. Your learning will be supported through mentoring, formal development activities, and on-the-job experience.

At the successful completion of the program, graduates are guaranteed permanent placement within the organisation.

To be successful, you will:

  • Be a recent graduate (0–2 years) or in your final year of study in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show a genuine interest in people, culture, and organisational development
  • Be professional, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

Successful applicants will be invited to attend a video interview, followed by an engagement centre, interview and to meet other Graduates and Program Sponsors in late June 2026.
