About the Role

Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer a rewarding opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client in the Airline Booking sector, based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will deliver excellent support to Italian-speaking customers, assisting them with flight bookings, schedule changes, and travel inquiries.

Your fluency in Italian will be essential in providing clear and professional communication, ensuring customers have a smooth and pleasant booking experience. You will handle various customer service tasks, contributing to the efficiency and reputation of our airline booking services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service in Italian related to airline bookings and travel inquiries
  • Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, changes, and special requests
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
  • Work closely with airline partners and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collect customer feedback to help improve services and customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about airline policies, routes, and industry updates
  • Fluency in Italian and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in airline, travel, or booking sectors
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Passion for assisting customers and a commitment to delivering a positive travel experience
  • Familiarity with customer support CRM software is a plus
