Job Description

Follow up customer calls
Respond to customer’s email inquiries in a timely manner
Process orders, forms, and claims
Provide product and service information to customers
Manage and update customer databases
Data processing and maintaining accurate Customer and Material Master Data
Management of B2B system updates and processing uploads
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications

1 year of customer service associate experience
Excellent in speaking and writing (English)
Attention to details and accuracy
Good interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environment
Team Player
Amenable to work in a morning shift
Present a positive attitude & accept constructive feedback
Client oriented
Knowledge in SAP system is a plus
Basic to advance MS application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Amenable to work onsite and to start asap
