What You’ll Help Us Build:

As part of our founding Utah team, you’ll bring Sploot’s model of same-day, high-quality primary and urgent care to life. You’ll help establish workflows, shape clinic culture, and deliver exceptional medical care alongside a team that truly values technicians.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting both routine and urgent cases (think vaccines to vomiting)
• Running lab work, assisting in procedures, and educating pet parents
• Helping design smart, seamless workflows for Boise's first Sploot clinic
• Collaborating with DVMs who see you as a clinical partner, not an assistant
• Championing a culture of kindness, learning, and clinical excellence
