We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Science and Technology:
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee(s) will be responsible mainly for the following:
Assisting the Laboratory Officer in preparing the necessary materials and equipment for setting up laboratory classes and workshops;
Assisting in updating inventory, preparing laboratory materials and maintaining the facilities in the laboratories;
Providing technical support for the operation of the laboratories; and
Performing any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
Year 3 or above full-time undergraduates in Applied Science, Food Testing Science, Life Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science, Environmental Science or a related discipline;
Detail-oriented, hardworking, responsible and able to work independently; and
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Monthly Salary: HK$11,000
Other Benefit: In accordance with the statutory provisions
Work Duration: 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026
