We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position(s) in the Student Affairs Office:



Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: 

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of orientation activities tailored for non-local students;
  • Support the development of promotional and educational materials, including design work;
  • Assist in managing the team's social media platforms and digital communications;
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on good practices in D&I, anti-deception and other areas in higher education;
  • Assist in gathering student feedback and compiling data for reports; and
  • Assist in administrative and logistical arrangements for check-in of off-campus accommodations and student leadership training programmes


Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • Full-time undergraduate student (Year 1–3 as of the 2025/26 academic year, with studies continuing into the 2026/27 academic year);
  • Highly dedicated and proactive in serving their fellow students;
  • Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage;
  • Experience in organizing student activities is an advantage;
  • A team player with a positive and open-minded attitude; and
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently


Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Monthly Salary: HK$11,000 
Other Benefit: In accordance with the statutory provisions
Work Duration: 01 JUN 2026 to 28 AUG 2026
