About the Role

Our Las Vegas operations team is the best in the City Wide system. We're hiring the sales leader who will bring our sales department to that same standard.

City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Sales Manager in Las Vegas who can run a personal territory at an elite level today, develop into Director of Sales in three years, and lead all of Nevada as VP of Sales by year five. This is a player-coach role for someone who wants to build a sales engine, own its results, and grow with us as a long-term partner in the business.

City Wide is a management company, not a service provider. Independent contractors handle service delivery, so you and your team focus entirely on B2B sales, client relationships, and growing recurring revenue across 20+ facility services for commercial property owners across Southern Nevada.

Your role:

  • Prospect, propose, and close commercial B2B accounts in your own Southern Nevada territory
  • Own the full sales cycle from first interaction through pipeline, building survey, proposal delivery, and close
  • Coach, train, and hold accountable a team of 2-3 Sales Executives running the same playbook
  • Recruit and onboard new sales talent as the team scales
  • Qualify good leads, disqualify wrong-fit prospects, and protect the team's time

Your week:

  • 2 days in office, 3 days in field, CRM management every day
  • Hybrid flexibility is contingent on disciplined CRM hygiene from you and your team

What success looks like in your personal territory:

  • 10-20 new prospects added to CRM weekly
  • 30 decision-maker conversations weekly
  • 30 field visits weekly
  • 3-5 building surveys weekly
  • 3 proposals delivered weekly, approximately $10,000 in proposed revenue
  • 1-in-3 close rate
  • $10,000+ per month in new contract revenue by year two

Year one ramp accounts for learning the City Wide model, developing your territory, and hiring your team.

What You Need:

  • 3-5 years B2B sales experience owning a full sales cycle with documented results
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, or hold sales reps accountable
  • CRM discipline: pipeline management, activity tracking, and data hygiene
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for territory coverage
  • Strong written and verbal communication for executive-level conversations

What Sets You Apart:

  • Experience selling recurring-revenue services
  • Background in facility services, property management, or commercial real estate
  • Formal sales training (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, Challenger, or equivalent)
  • History of recruiting or developing junior sales reps

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary
  • Uncapped commission on every personal account you close
  • Team performance bonus when your reps hit plan
  • Year one on-target earnings: $100,000 to $125,000
  • Year two and beyond: $150,000 to $200,000+ (top performers earn more)

Your 5-Year Path:

  • Year 1, Sales Manager: Run your personal Southern Nevada territory, coach 2-3 Sales Executives, and build the sales playbook
  • Year 3, Director of Sales: Step out of personal selling. Own Las Vegas sales strategy, scale the team, and develop the next Sales Manager
  • Year 5, VP of Sales, Nevada: Lead sales across our Las Vegas and Northern Nevada offices, partner with ownership on revenue strategy and market expansion
