About the Role

Volare Roof Top Bar is adding a Food & Beverage Server to the team! As a server, you’ll deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences with views of the Sandia's from the patio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and serve guests in a timely, friendly manner
• Take orders and enter them into POS
• Deliver food and check for satisfaction
• Clear tables, restock, and reset for new guests

• Be well-versed in all food and beverage offerings on the menu

• Communicate guest allergies, dietary restrictions or special requests to the kitchen for accuracy

• Work with a hospitality mindset and problem solve when a guest has a food or service issue
• Comply with all food safety and sanitation standards


Must-Haves:
 • Stand and move for entire shift
 • Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
 • Friendly, professional demeanor
 • Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Albe to obtain Food handler certification and alcohol server certification in New Mexico


Nice-to-Haves:
 • Previous F&B or hospitality experience
