Job Description:

The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for :

Prepare and review monthly VAT returns for CZ entities.
Reconcile VAT GL accounts, manage VAT overpayments, and support tax audits in cooperation with external advisors (EY).
Handle incoming invoices, claims, credit notes, and vendor setup for SK entities.
Execute and control weekly and monthly payments, including reporting and payment advices.
Prepare accounting journals (APUT files) for duties, taxes, and special transactions.
Maintain accurate records in Oracle, Excel, and APET, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, customers, and tax authorities.
Support ad-hoc finance tasks, meetings, and training activities.
