Security Officer - FT

As a Security Officer at Paragon Tropicana, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests, team members, and property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol hotel and casino areas to enforce rules and ensure guest and staff safety

• Respond to emergencies, disturbances, thefts, and accidents

• Escort cash, slot, and table game transactions

• Identify and report safety hazards, suspicious activity, and underage guests

• Write detailed incident reports and maintain security logs

• Assist guests and employees professionally and respectfully

• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and law enforcement when needed

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid Nevada Driver’s License

• Nevada Gaming License

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Previous hotel/casino security or law enforcement experience preferred

• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and respond quickly to incidents
