At Fifth Third Arena, the official practice facility of the Chicago Blackhawks, One Off Hospitality keeps the energy high both on and off the ice. Our café serves as the go-to spot for athletes, staff, and guests looking to recharge with specialty coffee and premium bites  — and we’re looking for a Café Cashier who can deliver fast, friendly service with a smile. What You’ll Do:

• Accurately handle sales transactions and process payments using the POS system
• Greet and engage guests in a professional, upbeat, and welcoming manner
• Prepare and serve coffee and grab-and-go food and beverage items with consistency and care
• Restock beverages and supplies to maintain seamless café operations
• Keep the café area organized, clean, and inviting for every guest
• Resolve guest inquiries or issues promptly and courteously
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in food service, cash handling, or barista work preferred but not required — we’ll provide training
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable, personable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and event days
• Must obtain a valid Illinois Food Handler’s Certificate
