Senior Product Engineer

We’re hiring a Senior Product Engineer (Backend) to co-own our Wealth Management platform for Independent Asset Managers (IAMs).

This is mostly a backend role, with high ownership and high impact, working in a lean team solving for our clients who are professional wealth managers that use the platform daily. While the focus is backend, you'll occasionally need to navigate the React frontend to debug your own work — reading network requests, tracing API responses… Comfort with the browser's network tab will help you own issues end-to-end, from the database to what the client sees on screen.

No prior front-end experience needed — basic familiarity is a plus, but not a requirement.

What you’ll work on

• Backend & authentication flows (Keycloak, Java/Kotlin services)
• Envoy routing and JWT-based security
• CI/CD pipelines and release preparation
• Cloud Services (AWS)
• API integration layer
• Occasional frontend tasks in React (data, API wiring) — no prior front-end experience required

You own features from problem to production.

SRE handles prod deploys and infrastructure, but you stay accountable for outcomes.

• Senior engineer comfortable owning backend in production, able to work independently with limited input

• Adaptable to changing conditions
• Team player, able to collaborate effectively with product and design teams
