Three Rivers Park District is a park system in the west suburban Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area of Minnesota. We manage almost 27,000 acres of park reserves, regional parks, regional trails, and special-use facilities. We also offer program sites for nature, recreation, historic, and farm education. The Park District serves 7 million park guests per year.
About the Role

Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill a Seasonal Outdoor Education Intern position at Richardson Nature Center in Bloomington, MN. This position is responsible for assisting staff in conducting, under direction, environmental education programs that will increase the public's awareness of their surrounding environment and foster the appreciation, enjoyment and utilization of Three Rivers Park District facilities. 

STARTING WAGE: $16.00/hour.

Essential Duties and Qualifications

Applications for internships will be considered from current undergraduate students, including PSEO students, or recent graduates from accredited colleges or universities. Applications will be accepted from individuals with a background in fields including, but not limited to, parks and recreation administration, outdoor education, curriculum and instruction, experiential education, biological sciences and cultural history.
