The Youth Advocate Supervisor oversees a team of Youth Advocates who provide direct support, mentorship, and advocacy for young people facing social, emotional, educational, or behavioral challenges. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, staff development, and compliance with program standards.
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...
• Supervise, coach, and support a team of Youth Advocates through regular check-ins, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Oversee case management practices, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and adherence to organizational policies.
• Provide crisis support and guidance to staff when complex youth situations arise.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of youth clients, modeling best practices in engagement and advocacy.
• Uphold trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and youth-centered approaches in all aspects of the program.

Requirements
Qualifications/Credentials
- The desire to work with youth
- Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Experience working with youth (12-18) in a residential/group care setting
