About the Role

Description

We are looking for a careful Materials Team Member operator to move inventory and material. You will be doing a variety of job duties such as operating a forklift, 5S, taking inventory, feeding the production lines, stocking shelves, checklist and any other duties that are assigned. The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities

Unload materials and stack them to assigned places
Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
Transport raw materials to production workstations
Cleaning & reorganizing inventory on shelves
Sweeping the floors, removing cardboard and other trash in work area
Identify safety hazards and damaged racks
Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
Ability to learn or understand SAP or MES
Other tasks assigned by management

1st Shift - 6:00AM - 4:30PM (Mon-Fri) + Saturday as needed

2nd Shift - 4:30PM - 3:00AM (Mon-Fri) + Saturday as needed

Requirements

Must have 6 months forklift experience
Must have 6 months of experience in materials or logistics or a related field
Must pass the forklift operator written assessment
Must pass the forklift driving assessment
Excellent physical condition and coordination
High school diploma
Eligible to work in the USA with or without sponsorship
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid license
