Description
Scope: An Inside Sales Representative will develop and maintain open communication with Customers, Outside Sales Force, and APCT Production Teams concerning all aspects of the customer's engagement with AdvancedPCB.
Essential Job Function:
- Quote PCB’s from drawings or information supplied.
- Follow up on daily quotes.
- Book and maintain orders.
- Maintain accurate order entry.
- Generate and accurately interpret reports.
- Resolve issues concerning manufacturability of products.
- Coordinate with manufacturing to resolve on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with Quality Team pertaining to customer concerns and quality issues.
- Collaborate with front end engineering to ensure accurate and timely product release.
- Develops, solicits, and closes new accounts with or without the assistance of outside sales.
- Manages various customer inquiries in respect to engagements with AdvacnedPCB.
- Maintain a safe, neat and orderly work area.
- Complete all internal departmental documentation accurately.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
- Work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs and solve issues
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Understanding of customer and industry requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service and telephone communication techniques.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five or more years’ experience working in an inside sales environment, preferably in the PCB industry.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 10 pounds at times.
ITAR Requirements:
To comply to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
