Description
Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Senior Contracting Officer / Team Lead to lead contracting operations and oversee acquisition teams supporting AMIC. This role is ideal for a seasoned acquisition professional with leadership experience and deep expertise in federal contracting.
Clearance: Active TS/SCI required
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise contracting teams across multiple task orders
- Execute and oversee complex acquisition strategies and source selections
- Provide expert guidance on FAR and agency supplements
- Manage high-visibility procurements and stakeholder engagements
- Lead customer interactions and acquisition planning efforts
- Support advanced contracting methods (OTA, CSO, BAA)
- Ensure compliance, quality, and performance across contract actions
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
- 10+ years of federal contracting experience
- Unlimited Contracting Officer Warrant required
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Expertise in source selection and complex acquisitions
- Strong knowledge of DoD and Air Force acquisition processes
- DAWIA Level II Certification (or Back-to-Basics equivalent)
Must possess all basic and journeyman level contracting support skills identified herein and must possess demonstrated proficiency in:
- Source Selection
- Defense and agency level FAR supplements and procedures
- Leading teams
- Supervising contracting professionals
- Customer engagement
- Agile contracting methods (Commercial Solutions Opening, Broad Agency
- Announcement, Other Transaction Authority)
