The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium has been educating, inspiring, and providing enjoyment to our community for over 100 years. Our Park Operations department is currently seeking Part- Time Zipline Crew who are passionate about learning new things and giving our guests the best possible experience. 

This position is responsible for assisting and coaching guests through our challenge course and zip line experiences. In addition, they will provide exceptional customer service to our members and single admission guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to take direction, multitask and ability to work independently as well as within a team.  

This role reports to the Adventure Course & Amusement Manager and is part- time, non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.  

Minimum Training & Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Work schedules include weekdays, weekends, and can include holidays
• Due to this position being safety sensitive with safety constraints of our PPE and the need to perform active rescues at heights up to 80 feet, must weigh less than 250 pounds. 
• Must have the physical ability to work on your feet and be outdoors for several hours at a time. 
• Mandatory training is required, and a test skills test must be completed after training. 
• The Toledo Zoo is a drug-free workplace, including marijuana
