POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking detail-oriented and service-driven polishers to support exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role requires precision, consistency, strong organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards. Polishers play a key role in maintaining the restaurant’s elevated aesthetic by ensuring all service ware is spotless, properly handled, and ready for seamless service execution.

YOUR ROLE
- Polish and inspect all silverware, glassware, and plateware to ensure spotless presentation and adherence to fine dining standards
- Organize and store service ware safely and efficiently to support smooth front-of-house operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of polishing stations, dish areas, and storage spaces
- Handle all items carefully to minimize breakage andmaintaininventory levels
- Follow proper sanitation, safety, and handling proceduresin accordance withhealth regulations and company policies
- Support restocking of service stations andassistwithadditionalstewarding or operational tasks as directed by management
- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensuretimelyavailability of polished service ware during peak service periods
- Assistwith opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned by management
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usage
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
- Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods andfrequentlylift upto 50lbs

REQUIREMENTS
- 1 -2 years of experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
