About the Role

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking detail-oriented and service-driven polishers to support exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced luxury environment. This role requires precision, consistency, strong organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards. Polishers play a key role in maintaining the restaurant’s elevated aesthetic by ensuring all service ware is spotless, properly handled, and ready for seamless service execution.

YOUR ROLE

  • Polish and inspect all silverware, glassware, and plateware to ensure spotless presentation and adherence to fine dining standards
  • Organize and store service ware safely and efficiently to support smooth front-of-house operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of polishing stations, dish areas, and storage spaces
  • Handle all items carefully to minimize breakage andmaintaininventory levels
  • Follow proper sanitation, safety, and handling proceduresin accordance withhealth regulations and company policies
  • Support restocking of service stations andassistwithadditionalstewarding or operational tasks as directed by management
  • Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensuretimelyavailability of polished service ware during peak service periods
  • Assistwith opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned by management
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow all company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and proper equipment usage
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset
  • Ability to stand for extended periods andfrequentlylift upto 50lbs

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 -2 years of experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
