Currently, we are in search of an experienced, energetic full-time Property Manager


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversees the operational and financial aspects of our residential apartment community
  • Responsible for managing the leasing and maintenance teams 
  • Collections
  • Revenue enhancement 
  • Reporting 
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
  • Monitors leasing performance
  • Oversees financial statements and revenue
  • Responsible for expenses and occupancy goals

Requirements

  • Requires 3 - 5 years of recent experience in a Property Management leadership role and leasing experience.
  • Possesses exemplary customer service
  • Excellent leadership ability.
