Hours: 6am to 2pm Saturday through Tuesday

OVERVIEW

The Breakfast Cook prepare and provide Members and Guests with quality food in a timely, professional manner.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather and prepare tools needed for the shift

Organize and standardize station area items

Prepare food, following WAC recipes and plating standards

Help on the cooking line as needed

Maintain cleanliness of walk-ins, machinery and equipment, floors and other areas

Report any needs or suggestions to improve productivity to the supervisor

Other duties as assigned.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the food preparation industry

High school diploma or equivalent

Washington State Food Handler s Permit

Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
