About the Role

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook and bring your passion for food to life! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, preparing delicious dishes with precision and flair. Your culinary expertise will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring every plate is crafted with care, quality, and creativity. We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to develop their skills in a vibrant, team-oriented setting.  Full Time - $20-$25/hr. 40 hrs. a week, 4 day work week, nights and weekends required. 


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • We are looking for Line Cooks to join our team, with a focus on scratch based cooking in a fast paced environment. This role is responsible for prep, cold side, sauté and grill, along with other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal assembly and timely service during busy hours.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination.

Requirements


  • Restaurant experience: 2 years (Required); fine dining experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated culinary skills including knife proficiency, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
