Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients
Clearly explain procedures, address patient concerns, and answer questions with empathy and professionalism
Conduct financial consultations and help patients understand their payment options
Assist patients in scheduling appointments and following through with their care plans
Review dental insurance benefits with patients and educate them on coverage and costs
Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience and treatment outcomes

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental office (required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance plans
A positive attitude and commitment to patient care and team success
