Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate staff schedules and daily practice operations
- Support the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office workflow
- Assist in maintaining a positive and professional patient experience
- Contribute to achieving year-over-year revenue and profitability growth
- Ensure strict compliance with cash management and accounting procedures
- Serve as acting manager of the practice in the absence of the Operations Manager
- Develop work schedules and assign team members to designated responsibilities
- Provide strategic feedback on operational tactics that improve financial performance and patient outcomes, enabling broader organizational adoption
- Ensure the office maintains high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep in alignment with established operational guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience working in a dental office required
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
