Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staff schedules and daily practice operations
  • Support the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office workflow
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and professional patient experience
  • Contribute to achieving year-over-year revenue and profitability growth
  • Ensure strict compliance with cash management and accounting procedures
  • Serve as acting manager of the practice in the absence of the Operations Manager
  • Develop work schedules and assign team members to designated responsibilities
  • Provide strategic feedback on operational tactics that improve financial performance and patient outcomes, enabling broader organizational adoption
  • Ensure the office maintains high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep in alignment with established operational guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience working in a dental office required
  • Previous managerial or supervisory experience required
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
