We use fundamental concepts from the Ontario curriculum to build a strong foundation in essential academic skills, such as math, literacy and research, while learning and discovering as a group.
We are looking for a Junior School Teacher (contract) who has experience and/or open to co-teaching, collaborative planning, documentation, and facilitating and assessing a challenging, dynamic program for young children. Our JS Teachers collaborate with specialists and lead teachers on an on-going basis to create challenging, inquiry-based learning experiences. In addition, you will be involved with co-curricular activities, including athletics. As a member of our professional learning community, you will embrace professional learning opportunities, attend faculty planning sessions and Junior School events, such as open houses, special events and other exhibitions of learning, with interest and enthusiasm.
