Summary of the Role:

As a Technician III, Manufacturing Equipment Engineering, you will perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment in a cleanroom environment to ensure optimal performance and reliability, while supporting basic troubleshooting and repairs under the guidance of the maintenance head. You will also maintain accurate maintenance records, contribute to cost reduction initiatives led by engineering teams, and carry out additional tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor.

Key Responsibilities and Role Accountabilities:

• Accomplish scheduled daily preventive maintenance of tools inside cleanroom environment.
• Perform simple troubleshooting and repair activities of tools with breakdown following guidance from maintenance head.
• Ensure machine maintenance check sheets are filled out in a timely manner.
• Execute cost reduction initiatives spearheaded by engineers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Education and Work Experience:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Computer Technology, Industrial Technology, Electrical Technology or a related field of study.
• Atleast 2 years of hands-on experience in the relevant field.
• Industry exposure in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing setup is highly preferred.

Skills and Competency Requirements:

• Preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Basic troubleshooting and equipment repair
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and standards
• Equipment inspection and performance monitoring
• Accurate documentation and record-keeping (maintenance check sheets)
• Adherence to maintenance schedules and SOPs
• Time management and task prioritization
• Teamwork with engineers and maintenance leadership
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
• Flexibility in handling ad hoc duties
