Job Description

Data Analysis: Aufbereitung und Auswertung operativer Kennzahlen
Reportings & Automation: Erstellung von Leistungsberichten und Unterstützung bei der Prozessautomatisierung
Übernahme operativer Themen sowie die Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Dienstleistern
Unterstützung im Qualitätsmanagement
Administrative Verwaltung der Systemzugänge für externe Mitarbeiter

Qualifications

Laufendes Studium, beispielsweise im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang
Erste praktische Erfahrung in einem kundenorientierten Unternehmen oder im Bereich Kundenservice wünschenswert
Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis, analytische Denkweise und IT-Affinität
Freude an Teamarbeit und detaillierten Analysen
Hohe Motivation und eine schnelle und genaue Arbeitsweise
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS Excel)
Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
