Job Description

Data Analysis: Preparation and analysis of operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
Reporting & Automation: Creation of performance reports and support in process automation
Handling operational topics as well as communication with our international service providers
Support in quality management
Administrative management of system access for external employees

Qualifications

Ongoing studies, for example in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable degree program
First practical experience in a customer-oriented company or in customer service is desirable
Strong numerical understanding, analytical mindset, and IT affinity
Enjoyment of teamwork and detailed analyses
High motivation combined with a fast and accurate working style
Good MS Office skills (especially Microsoft Excel)
Good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
Resilience and ability to work in a team
