We’re seeking a motivated Fabricator to join our fast-paced Vinyl Fab Shop. If you're hands-on, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow your skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive, skilled team and build a rewarding career in fabrication.

Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities

Fabricate and repair customer orders using a variety of materials

Read and interpret blueprints and work orders accurately

Perform MIG/TIG welding and metal finishing

Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal components

Fit, install, and assemble fabricated structures

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Operate shop machinery and power tools (training provided)

Assist with material handling in and out of the shop


Skills & Qualifications

  • Completion of Fabrication Trainee requirements
  • MIG welding experience required; TIG welding a plus
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods
  • Certified welder/fabricator preferred


Preferred Skills

  • Ability to pass DuraMag welding test
  • Familiarity with AWS welding symbols
  • MIG/TIG welding with steel, stainless steel, or aluminum
  • Willingness to learn and rotate tasks
  • Follows safety procedures and wears PPE as required
  • Strong teamwork skills and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality craftsmanship

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas
  • Must be able to lift, push, and carry 50 – 70 pounds
  • Must be able to work in various conditions, including but not limited to extreme heat and cold
