Resident Care Manager - Assisted Living

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily resident care operations to ensure high-quality service and safety

- Lead and supervise caregiving staff, providing guidance, training, and support

- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies

- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and team members to promote resident well-being

- Monitor and manage staff schedules, performance, and ongoing training

- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to resident care and staff activities


Skills and Qualifications:

- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required

- Prior management or supervisory experience in healthcare or assisted living preferred

- Strong leadership and team-building skills

- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to elder care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
