Join the team at Crowne Plaza North Augusta as a Bell Person and Shuttle Driver, where your energy, professionalism, and guest-focused mindset will help create exceptional arrival and departure experiences.


In this key role, you will serve as one of the first and last impressions of our hotel—warmly welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and providing safe, timely shuttle transportation throughout the North Augusta and surrounding Augusta area. Your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence will ensure every guest feels valued and well cared for from the moment they arrive.

As part of our dynamic hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering the elevated service standards that define the Crowne Plaza brand. This paid opportunity offers hands-on experience in hotel operations while allowing you to build and refine your customer service and hospitality skills in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment.


  • Escort incoming guests to rooms.
  • Assist guests with luggage.
  • Inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order, and that supplies are adequate.
  • Explain features of room such as operation of radio, television, in-room movie system, etc.
  • Offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
  • Deliver messages and run errands.
  • Transport guests in hotel van within property requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness of both interior and exterior of van.
  • Maintain all mileage records on a daily basis.
  • Report all trips to front desk; length of drive as well as length of time spent.
  • Keep record of calls for service.
  • Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks.
  • Set up sample rooms.
  • Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
