We’re looking for a Construction Manager who can drive projects across multiple markets—delivering homes on schedule, under budget, and built to the highest standards.

? Keep budgets tight and VPOs under control

? Ensure quality inspections, clean sites, and strong compliance

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

High school education or equivalent
3-5 years construction or residential building experience, preferably new home construction

Technical knowledge and skills

Stays up to date on the basic concepts and methods used by trade partners including framing, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
Is knowledgeable of all governmental regulations related to the development of land or construction of homes within a respective jurisdiction

Work environment and schedule:

Normal business hours: Monday - Thursday (7 am – 5 pm); Friday (7 am – 12 pm)
Periodic night and weekend work may be necessary
Serves the Greater Baton Rouge Market
