Position Summary:
The Summer Blast Student Worker assists in supporting daily activities for Summer Blast. This role helps create a fun, safe, and Christ-centered environment for students while working alongside lead teachers and staff.
Responsibilities:
Primary:
Program Support – 100%
- Assist in leading games, activities, and classroom routines based on a themed curriculum
- Help maintain a positive, friendly, and Christ-centered environment with students, parents, and staff
- Support lead teachers with daily tasks and transitions throughout the day
- Supervise students in classrooms, gyms, lunchroom, and outdoor spaces alongside staff
- Help set up, clean up, and organize materials for activities and events
- Assist with monitoring student safety during on-site activities and occasional field trips

Travel: This position requires local travel.
Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office environment and will routinely use standard office equipment such computers, photocopiers, and smartphones. The work environment also involves working in a Preschool-12 Private Christian School and Evangelical Church environment and all employees are expected to have a demonstrated and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Working Hours: This position works 32 hours per week, starting at 8:15 am through 4:15 pm, Monday through Thursday and 2 months of the year (June 1st – August 7th) months of the year.
