  • Partner with Maintenance to incorporate preventative maintenance into production schedules
  • Plan and review resin, raw material and finishing material requirements to ensure continuity of supply
  • Act as a key voice in daily production and weekly scheduling meetings, providing clear recommendations and escalation of risks
  • Maintain master data integrity including BOMs, routings, lead times and planning parameters
  • Manage inventory performance, stock takes, cycle counts and reconciliations in SAP
  • Provide analysis and insights on inventory holdings, supply risks and capacity constraints to support planned sales.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

  • Highly organised, analytical, and solutions‑focused with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator able to balance the needs of Production, Sales, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Procurement
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced, site‑based role
  • A practical, hands‑on leader who leads by example
