As the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, NIQ combines the most complete and trusted data with advanced analytics and deep industry expertise to help clients understand consumer behavior, anticipate market trends, and drive smarter growth decisions in a rapidly evolving marketplace.

The Commercial Operations function plays a strategic role in translating business objectives into clear commercial plans. The team is responsible for driving revenue planning, forecasting discipline, and pipeline governance across global markets, ensuring leaders have the visibility and insights needed to make informed decisions. By partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Delivery, the team helps align targets, priorities, and execution, enabling consistent and sustainable commercial performance.

As a Sales Operations Manager, your focus will be on strategic commercial planning and performance management. You will lead revenue forecasting, analyze pipeline health, and turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support senior‑level decision‑making. Acting as a thought partner to commercial leadership, you will help shape operating plans, improve planning processes, and strengthen data quality and governance through Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution, and who is motivated by building scalable, high‑impact commercial planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

Sales & Forecasting Support

  • Translate revenue, sales KPIs, and forecast metrics into actionable insights for commercial leaders.

  • Lead and facilitate weekly pipeline calls across global regions, driving clarity on progress, risks, and priorities.
  • Monitor key sales initiatives and communicate pipeline performance, identifying gaps, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Client & Proposal Support

  • Support commercial teams with contract processes, billing inquiries, and proactive client outreach.
  • Prepare client meeting materials by consolidating relevant data, insights, and business context.
  • Assist in the development of proposals—from pricing inputs to content alignment—ensuring high‑quality, on‑brand submissions.
  • Maintain and evolve the RFP/proposal library, including drafting responses leveraging Copilot and content repositories.

Process & Quality Management

  • Partner with Customer Success and CoE teams to develop and maintain project quality performance reports.
  • Deliver MEFF commercial process training to reinforce operational standards across teams.
  • Define and uphold standards for pipeline data accuracy, compliance, and Statements of Work (SoW) scoping.
  • Support the creation and refinement of Operating Plans (OP) in collaboration with Sales leadership.

Systems & Content Management

  • Act as an internal ambassador for Microsoft Dynamics, promoting CRM adoption and best practices to enhance pipeline hygiene.
  • Manage SharePoint sites and content repositories, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and up to date.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Delivery to enable end‑to‑end commercial alignment.
