Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the US labor market, excellent communication skills, and experience in recruiting across various roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process



Requirements

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience recruiting in the US market (BPO, tech, or corporate roles is a plus)
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (ADP) • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
• Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices Preferred Skills
• Experience with high-volume hiring
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search)
• Employer branding and recruitment marketing experience
• Data-driven mindset with reporting skills
