Job Description:
Key Responsibilities/Duties
Support Daily Commissioning Activities
Assist the Senior Commissioning Manager in the day‑to‑day execution and coordination of onsite commissioning operations.
Deputise for the Senior Commissioning Manager
Act as Deputy when required, maintaining continuity of leadership, decision‑making, and operational control.
Participate in Gate Reviews
Serve as an active member of the Gate Review Team to evaluate readiness, progress, and compliance at each project milestone.
Attend Stakeholder Meetings
Represent the commissioning function at regular coordination meetings with the Engineer and the Employer, as required.
Lead HRSTS Commissioning Strategy Reviews
Lead reviews on commissioning strategy, planning, methodologies, and execution across the full project lifecycle.
Engage in System Integration Meetings
Participate in internal and external system integration meetings to ensure interfaces, dependencies, and testing requirements are aligned.
Monitor Test Documentation Compliance
Review and track test plans, procedures, and reports uploaded to Aconex, ensuring they meet all project, quality, and audit requirements.
Prepare Monthly Reports
Prepare or review monthly commissioning activity reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with defined KPIs and project expectations. Support Test Procedure Development
Assist Test Managers and Testers in preparing test procedures that comply with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and technical specifications.
Participate in Onsite System Integration Testing
Actively contribute to onsite system integration tests and multidisciplinary commissioning activities across project work areas.
Coordinate With CRO Operations
Work closely with the CRO team to ensure all test execution is carried out safely and in full compliance with operational and safety protocols.
Perform Additional Duties as Required
Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Senior Commissioning Manager to support successful project delivery.
