About the Role

[What the role is]

Office of International Relations - Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive

[What you will be working on]

•    Develop country-based strategies for selected overseas markets and explore strategic collaborations and projects with international institutions and organisations.
•    Work with the Polytechnic’s leadership to drive Republic Polytechnic’s overseas exposure framework to promote overseas academic and cultural exchanges, overseas internships, student trips and international education.
•    Facilitate and guide Republic Polytechnic Schools and Centres in administrative processes involving student overseas travel to meet internal customer needs.
•    Manage 3rd party grant to meet funding criteria.
•    Identify and propose suitable work processes to streamline and/or make more efficient with automation.
•    Work with Republic Polytechnic Schools and Centres to leverage overseas training programmes for good student outcomes.

[What we are looking for]

•    Relevant qualifications with two years of experience in Marketing, Programme or Project Management.
•    Outgoing personality with the ability to communicate and build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels.


Willingness to travel and familiarity with overseas education sectors and markets will be an advantage.
