Join our team as a Golf Food & Beverage Supervisor and lead daily operations at our golf course bar and grill. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee food and beverage service, support staff performance, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. This position is ideal for individuals with hospitality or restaurant leadership experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, outdoor golf course environment.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily food and beverage operations at the golf course bar, grill, and service areas
- Deliver excellent guest service by ensuring quality, consistency, and timely service
- Supervise and support team members, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback
- Assist with staff scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll oversight
- Maintain proper staffing levels and step in to cover shifts as needed
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking food and beverage products
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Set up and break down outdoor bar and grill operations daily
- Monitor POS transactions, cash handling, and daily sales accuracy
- Support hiring efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members
- Enforce opening and closing procedures and operational standards
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety and emergency procedures
- Drive revenue growth through strong service execution and operational efficiency
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous food & beverage, restaurant, bar, or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Prior POS system experience preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and reporting
- SERV Safe and TIPS certifications preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on, dependable, and guest-focused mindset
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40lbs regularly
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
Work Environment
- Fast-paced golf course setting with indoor and outdoor service areas
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, especially in outdoor bar/grill operations
- High guest interaction in a hospitality-driven environment
- Requires flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak golf season
