We're currently seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Childcare Director. What You’ll Do:
- Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment
- Engage with your team and families daily
- Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset – making decisions for the betterment of the childcare center
- Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success
- Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources.
Who You Are
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. Those with an associate’s degree in qualifying field will be reviewed.
- At least two years of center leadership experience in a childcare program is preferred.
- Clean background and up-to-date health screenings.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred
- Experienced in emergent curriculum approaches.
- Bilingual or experience with special education.
- Leadership or mentor experience.
