As a Childcare Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early educational journey of our children. Your mission is to not only impart knowledge but also instill a deep love for learning. We are seeking a candidate who possesses a profound understanding of effective teaching methodologies with a specialization in preschool education.

This is a full time position and we are seeking Certified Teachers for our South Shore, MA Inspire schools (listed below). Candidates must be EEC Teachers or Lead Teacher Certified.

Responsibilities

Provides nurturing care to young children in a group setting
Support children’s emotional, physical, or behavioral well-being; while helping to develop their social, emotional, cognitive and physical skills
Support children through transitions in and out of the classrooms
Meet all classroom ratios as outlined in state regulations

Compensation

What you need:

High School Diploma.
CDA, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in ECE.
Ability to push, pull and lift up- to 45 pounds.
