Summary/Objective: The MEI associate position is responsible for preparing kits and shields in advance according to the production plan and the bill of materials (BOM); once the kit is complete, performs assembly according to the drawing, ensuring consistent and uniform welding. This role requires strong technical skills such as reading and interpreting technical drawings, following assembly procedures, performing precise welding, and understanding BOM and production workflows. Additionally, success in this position depends on key soft skills including attention to detail, time management, proactive communication, accountability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
