We are recruiting for an exciting Club Manager opportunity in Swadlincote within the health and fitness industry. A little bit about what you’ll be doing...
As Club Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the club, leading from the front and setting the standard across all areas of the business.
You will manage, motivate, and develop your team, creating a high-performance culture focused on delivering exceptional member experiences.
Driving sales and hitting targets will be a key part of your role. You’ll oversee membership growth, lead generation, and retention strategies, ensuring the club consistently achieves its KPIs.
You’ll take ownership of marketing initiatives, from social media campaigns to local community outreach, building strong relationships and increasing brand presence in the area.
Operational excellence will also sit with you—ensuring the club is always running smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards.
Above all, you’ll create an engaging, welcoming environment where members feel part of a community and are supported in achieving their fitness goals.
A little bit about you...
You’ll be a confident and driven leader with a passion for fitness and people.
You must hold a Level 3 qualification and have management experience, either within the fitness industry or in a sales-driven environment.
You’ll be commercially minded, target-focused, and comfortable driving revenue through both your team and your own actions.
Strong communication skills are essential—you’ll be the face of the club, building relationships with members, staff, and the local community.
You’ll bring energy, positivity, and a hands-on approach, always leading by example.
